2Bonthewater Guide Service is not to be held liable for acts of nature or other hazards that are not under the control of said guide service. Guided Fishing trips do hold a certain degree of danger that may lead to loss / damage of property or life. By using the services of 2Bonthewater Guide Service, you--the client or any other entity representing the client, agree not to sue 2Bonthewater Guide Service for accidents that lead to loss / damage of property or life. 2Bonthewater Guide Service will do its best to ensure the safety of their clients.

HAZARDS AND DANGERS INCLUDE WITHOUT LIMITATION:

1. Water hazards in boating and wading in the rivers including drowning;

2. Hiking in rugged country;

3. Injuries from fishing equipment and other participants;

4. Encounters with wildlife, animals, and insects;

5. Temperature extremes;

6. Inclement weather conditions and unavailability of immediate medical attention in the wilderness in case of injury.
